Nugraha, Mona Luthfina Usmani<\/p>\n<p>Pemerintah Indonesia telah menjalankan program Open Government sejak 2011. Program ini merupakan wujud nyata keseriusan pemerintah Indonesia di dalam melakukan reformasi sektor publik di Indonesia secara menyeluruh. Melalui Open Government Indonesia (OGI) diharapkan lahir ide, inisiatif, dan praktik keterbukaan pemerintah yang dapat mengakselerasi pencapaian target dan prioritas nasional.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan latar belakang tersebut, National Democratic Institute bersama dengan Centre for Innovation Policy and Governance (CIPG) tengah mengadakan penelitian evaluasi mengenai implementasi Open Government dan Open Data di tiga pemerintah Kota, yakni Tangerang, Mojokerto dan Pontianak. Penelitian ini akan berlangsung selama 30 hari dan akan menghasilkan kajian singkat dan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah kota yang bersangkutan. Rekomendasi juga akan disampaikan kepada pemangku kepentingan di tingkat pusat.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana program Open Government dan Open Data telah diimplementasikan, proses adopsi yang terjadi beserta faktor pendorong kesuksesannya. Dari segi dampak, kajian ini juga melihat sejauh mana program tersebut telah mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat.
