This research is to understand the social, economic, political, and cultural contexts that underlie the dynamics of national science and technology. Understand the network of science and technology data providers in Indonesia, especially in the government sector. Identifying the data and indicators available and needed to reflect the position of Indonesia in the field of science and technology. Understanding Indonesia’s position in the field of science and technology among several ASEAN, BRIC and South Korean countries.
